Program Information

 2012 Jalapeno League!!

Jalapeno League is a summer water polo program for beginning through advanced players.  Experience is not required, but everyone must be a proficient swimmer.  Teams located through out metro Houston.

Starting June 6, 2012

Practices: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday @ Clear Falls High School

                     Incoming 9th – 12th Graders 1:00 – 2:30 PM

   Incoming 8th Graders and Younger 2:30 PM - 4 PM

Week of June 6th only practice on Thursday and Friday – same times

 

Games:      Starting date June 15th    Locations & Times TBA after June 8th

12 & 14s & Under (Age as of 6/1/2012) Thursdays

                18 & 16s & Under (Age as of 6/1/2012) Fridays

                No games the week of July 4th  

                May play in an older age bracket depending on team numbers.

 

Championship Games:  Week of July 9th At Strake Jesuit

Monday -18 & Under,         Tuesday -16 & Under,     Wednesday-14 & Under and Thursday -12 & Under

There will be a game day entry fee of $3 for spectators, 12 and under free.  Championship entry fee $5, 12U free

TWWP Refund Policy:  A full refund for registration fees will be given if the team is notified within the first three scheduled practices for a season.  After that no refund will be given except for medical reasons which will exclude the player for the rest of the season.  In this case, the refund will be pro rated based on the length of the season remaining.  If the injured player is expected to return to play later in the season, there is no refund.

Membership in USA Water Polo is required to participate in all TWWP Programs.  Go to www.usawaterpolo.org for details.  If you are new to water polo there is a free trial membership available - come to practice and fill out the form.  After one week of practice, USA Water Polo membership will be required.
